Following severe flooding in Accra, TEAM CSR Ghana supported and facilitated a Flood Relief and Cleanup Activation in Alajo to enhance community recovery and improve sanitation. Sponsored and spearheaded by the Nu Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., alongside Alpha Phi Alpha, Omega Psi Phi, and Delta Sigma Theta, the initiative provided volunteers with cleaning supplies, gear, water, and food. Working with the Ghana Armed Forces, Zoomlion, local authorities, and residents, teams cleared blocked drains and removed refuse to reduce post-flood health risks.
